Patrick Blickman

Patrick’s vision as CEO is rooted in his belief that the success of our partners and their customers in the Salon and Spa industry matters above all else.

Patrick’s vision as CEO is rooted in his belief that the success of our partners and their customers in the Salon and Spa industry matters above all else. He is a seasoned leader with over 15 years’ experience in software sales, strategic partnership and operational leadership roles. Patrick holds an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and his passions include solving complex market challenges, building and scaling high growth businesses and creating world-class organizational culture.

Patrick was responsible for the development of the Sales, Customer Success, and Integrated Partnership departments when REACH.ai was founded in the role of SVP. He leads with a collaborative, interdepartmental approach that leverages the strengths of the entire team, thereby removing barriers to scalability and growth. Patrick has a proven track record of building and leading highly successful teams in both startup and seasoned organizations.

Chief Financial Officer

Nate Romney

Nate is a highly experienced senior executive with over 20 years as a finance, accounting, and operations professional, with a history of high valuation creation and building scalable processes and corporate structure.

Nate is a highly experienced senior executive with over 20 years as a finance, accounting, and operations professional, with a history of high valuation creation and building scalable processes and corporate structure. His focus on Venture Capital and Private Equity backed businesses in the Technology, eCommerce, Specialty Retail, and Consumer Products industries have allowed Nate to lead his former companies to exceptional results. Nate has in-depth experience building dynamic finance, accounting, and operations teams in entrepreneurial technology driven environments, and a knack for creating clear and efficient operational controls and reporting processes.

Prior executive roles for Nate include Chief Financial Officer of RemedyMD, a SaaS healthcare technology company, and Vice President of eCommerce Finance and Strategic Planning at Leslie’s Poolmart, the leading ecommerce and brick-and-mortar pool supply retailer.

Most recently, Nate served as Chief Financial Officer of Martori Farms, the nation’s largest melon producer, where he led the company’s generational transition in technology and analytics; and Chief Financial Officer of Cheyenne Products, an international home décor company, where he helped lead the successful turnaround and sale of the business.

Nate earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and an MBA in Accounting from the Bill Gore School of Business at Westminster College.

In 2001, Jeffrey co-founded Mercury Payment Systems (MPS) and aligned with Point of Sale (POS) Developers and Resellers to deliver payment processing merchants...

In 2001, Jeffrey co-founded Mercury Payment Systems (MPS) and aligned with Point of Sale (POS) Developers and Resellers to deliver payment processing merchants. In doing so, they changed the way the POS Industry generated revenue. Silver Lake Partners, the leading private investor in technology and technology-enabled industries, recognized the continued growth potential of these innovations and made a strategic investment, acquiring a 61% interest in 2010.

In 2013 he was individually recognized by the RSPA, (the POS industry’s trade association), by being inducted into their Hall of Fame. That was a very proud achievement. In 2014, Mercury Payment Systems was sold to Vantiv, Inc. for $1.65 Billion.

Head of Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence

David Wood

David leads the REACH ML/AI team here at REACH.ai. David has spent years leading data science teams building artificial intelligence driven products.

David leads the REACH ML/AI team here at REACH.ai. David has spent years leading data science teams building artificial intelligence driven products. He has worked in the marketing, genetics, insurance, defense, and oil/gas industries prior to joining the health and beauty sector. David is a generalist at heart. He has built production applications using machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.

He excels in being able to understand the totality of complicated artificial intelligence systems. He has a skill in distilling vision, AI architecture, predictive modeling frameworks, and actionable insights from customer needs. He has published multiple papers on strawberry genomics and holds a master’s degree in genetics from the University of New Hampshire. David lives in Tampa, FL with his wife (Kaila), dog (Sassy), and two Kittens (Prince and Poppy). He and his wife spend their free time going for walks, swimming and playing with their animals.

Samuel Wolpert

Sam Wolpert is the VP of Business Development at REACH.ai, responsible for managing REACH.ai’s network of integrated partners and strategic accounts.

Sam Wolpert is the VP of Business Development at REACH.ai, responsible for managing REACH.ai’s network of integrated partners and strategic accounts. For the last 10 years Sam has worked in or served the beauty and wellness industry.  Sam joined REACH.ai through an acquisition of his former company WebOpenings, which pioneered bi-directional scheduling integrations to salon and spa software systems.  At WebOpenings, Sam was employee number three.

Sam is passionate about building great software and sound partnerships.

When he’s not at work you can find him experimenting in the kitchen, at the gym, or riding his electric skateboard around Scottsdale’s Greenbelt.

With more than 14 years in both the B2B & B2C spaces, Matt has supported and lead Communications & Marketing teams for some of the biggest brands in the health and beauty-tech, fashion, and automotive industries.

Matt’s diverse background has allowed him to develop a well-rounded knowledge set and provides relevant experience in executing integrated communications and marketing plans, strategic media recommendations, key market activations, brand awareness and visibility, social media, digital, and event content, and ongoing strategic partnership / influencer strategies.

Matt previously worked at Millennium Software International for 8+ years and has worked personally with thousands of beauty business owners during that time and since.
