Last-minute Appointment AI Enhancements

Our Last-minute Appointment AI now incorporates a new campaign to win back guests that you have not seen in sometime. We also introduced communications to guests that have time before or after their booked service to add additional services. These new features continue to expand upon the enormous success our clients are achieving with REACH.

What’s Been Updated?

Our world-class team performs ongoing research to develop, design, and test our solutions to optimize clients’ online experience. The evolution of our platform may include the look, feel, or ease of use of our platform. Some recent and notable improvements include:

  • Improvements to the REACH CDN for image display.

  • Content display updates for the booking module when there are no appointment times available.

  • Phorest Scheduling Software onboarding refinement.

  • REACH will now display the provider’s nickname within the Meevo system for scheduling and communications to guests.
  • Various code optimizations updated for overall platform stability and performance.
