What's New?

Streamlined Online Booking Experience

A One-Time Link allows your guests to easily authenticate their identity when booking an appointment, so they don’t have to remember their username and password to log in. They simply type the email address that is on file, and REACH will send them a clickable link so they can continue their journey as if they are logged in. The use of one-time links reduces booking module friction for all guests, including first-time and returning guests who book via email.

Guests now enjoy a simpler and frictionless booking experience with the ability to see your open appointments immediately upon arriving at the booking module. This faster checkout process requires fewer clicks to book, so your guests enjoy a cleaner, curated experience without having to sign in to multiple platforms.
