New features include significant improvements to the REACH™ platform.
Client Connect™
Five (5) Client Connect campaigns are available to activate with or without an offer. All campaigns are sent from the business (salon, studio, spa, etc.) and email templates include an embedded custom offer and an auto-populated link to each client’s “My Account” screen.

Five (5) Client Connect campaigns are available to activate with or without an offer. All campaigns are sent from the business (salon, studio, spa, etc.) and email templates include an embedded custom offer and an auto-populated link to each client’s “My Account” screen.
- Welcome – Sends an email to EXCLUSIVELY to new clients added after the start of the campaign.
- Happy Birthday – Sends a birthday wish to email to clients seven (7) days before their birthday.
- Big Spender a.k.a. VIPs – Sends email to clients when receipt totals reach an amount greater than the campaign threshold.
- Frequent a.k.a. Regulars – Sends email to clients when the number of visits (posted receipts) exceeds the threshold of the campaign based on the selection for the month, quarter, or year.
- Infrequent a.k.a. Lost Clients – Sends email to clients when the time since their last visit (posted receipt) exceeds the threshold of the campaign.

Three New Features:
Photo Personalization
There is a new tab in “My Business” section called “My Providers” which allows merchants to create a more personalized email experience for clients:
- View all active providers in the POS system used by the booking module.
- Add avatar images for each provider via image upload or smartphone camera.
Enhanced Dashboard
- The Last-Minute Appointment Intelligence (LMAi) communication card allows merchants to more easily track in-depth analytics of messaging campaigns and see exactly how much revenue each campaign is driving by channel.
Exclusion Calibration
- Exclusion behavior has been modified to prevent functionality from ending too early on the end date. Now dates selected for exclusions will start at midnight of the start date and end at midnight of the end date.
- Example: March 23, 2020 start date, March 27, 2020 end date would exclude from midnight March 23, 2020, and end midnight, March 28, 2020, and would encompass all day on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th.
REACH™ Online Booking Module v2.0
The REACH™ client experience now features the below notable upgrades:
Increased POS System Protection
Clients will not be able to use the booking module to schedule appointments if the Merchant’s bank account and Meevo account are not connected.
Facilitation of Repeat Bookings
Enhanced client experience enabled due to immediate access to previously booked services. When clients navigate to the booking module via social media or widget links, they will now see previously booked services (if any) and be given the option to rebook those services with the provider that was seen previously. When clients book in person, the previously booked services will be specific to the provider who initiated the client’s experience.
Issues Resolved
- Home screens enhanced: “Change Password”, “My Profile,” “My Appointments,” and the “My Account” home page.
- Google Analytics implemented.
- Enhanced offer redemption now based on booking, not the receipt.
- Onboarding building Stripe URL corrected and orphaned appointments removed.
- Module merchant name vs. provider name auto-population corrected.
- Several glitches eliminated regarding charges, payment, synching and checkout.
